Work Experience

SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR

U.S. Space Command / January 2024 - Present

• Identified a critical skills gap and developed a Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) baseline with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for crucial technical roles and tasks, reducing inefficiencies by 20%.
• Spearheaded development of technical specifications and secured $1.5M in funding for IT equipment, enabling voice, video, and data solutions for senior leaders, including the President, Secretary of Defense, and other officials.
• Mentored and coached over 30 personnel, resulting in 35 cybersecurity development plans, six promotions, five IT certifications, two high-level selections, four "Employee of the Year" awards, and four college degrees.
• Orchestrated cross-departmental initiatives that improved department-wide process, morale, and inclusion, leading to an enhanced command climate in 28 of 29 objective and measurable categories.
• Championed business operations and enabled the synchronization of tasks, objectives, and milestones for five divisions, enabling 15% human capital growth and attaining strategic objectives and key results.

DIRECTOR OF IT OPERATIONS

Commander's Communications Team / October 2021 - December 2023

• Supported, monitored, and maintained network connectivity for three enclaves, ensuring a 99.9% uptime for the 4-star General.
• Led a team of 12 IT professionals on over 40 global support missions, providing executive PKI support, Windows 11 laptop assistance, mobile device management, Cisco VoIP/CUCM, and counterintelligence mitigations.
• Served as plane communications officer for a 4-Star general, administering Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) data and video service on over 40 successful communications support missions.
• Developed extensive Tactics, Techniques, and Processes (TTPs) for mission execution involving one 4-star General and one 3-star General, resulting in the successful engagement of over 185 congressional hearings and 40 support missions.
• Budgeted and properly allocated $2M in government funds using the government procurement process for technology upgrades, over two fiscal years, enabling the successful completion of 40+ support missions for two 4-Star Generals.
